Executive & professional therapy · Oregon City

When competence is not the same as clarity.

High-responsibility work can leave little room to think honestly about pressure, relationships, identity, or what needs to change. Therapy offers a private place to do that work without performance or pretense.

A private space outside the roles you carry

Executives, business owners, physicians, attorneys, first responders, and other professionals are often expected to remain composed, decisive, and available—even when the demands of work have become difficult to sustain.

Therapy provides a confidential setting to step outside those expectations, examine what is happening clearly, and address concerns that may be hard to discuss with colleagues, employees, friends, or family.

Pressure rarely stays contained at work

Sustained responsibility can show up as burnout, irritability, anxiety, poor sleep, isolation, loss of direction, or strain in important relationships. It can also make career changes and high-stakes decisions harder to evaluate objectively.

The work may focus on boundaries, leadership stress, perfectionism, difficult conversations, career transitions, competing priorities, or the distance that develops when work consistently receives what life and relationships need.

Direct, thoughtful, and useful

This is not executive coaching or generic advice. It is therapy that accounts for the realities of responsibility, ambition, relationships, and personal well-being. We’ll look closely at the patterns shaping the problem, identify what is within your control, and translate insight into deliberate action.

Appointments are available in downtown Oregon City and by secure Telehealth throughout Oregon and Washington. A complimentary 15-minute consultation is a straightforward way to determine whether the approach fits what you need.
