Individual counseling

Understand what is keeping you stuck—and decide what comes next.

Individual counseling is a focused place to examine what is not working, understand the patterns beneath it, and develop practical steps toward change. Sessions are available in downtown Oregon City and by secure telehealth throughout Oregon and Washington.

When capable people need a clearer direction

You may be managing work, relationships, responsibilities, and other people’s expectations while privately feeling depleted, uncertain, or stuck. Counseling can help with anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, boundaries, relationship concerns, competing priorities, career changes, retirement, divorce, and major life decisions.

You can bring a specific concern or start with a sense that something needs to change. We’ll work together to understand what is happening and what would make a meaningful difference.

Active, collaborative work

Sessions are conversational, direct, and goal-oriented. We will identify what has been tried, what keeps repeating, what is within your control, and where change is possible.

I value the principle of kaizen: small, deliberate improvements that build over time. Therapy offers a way to identify a next step, put it into practice, and learn from the experience.

Who I often work with

My practice frequently serves executives, business owners, working professionals, retirees, first responders, and adults navigating consequential decisions or relationship strain.

You do not need a polished explanation before reaching out. A complimentary consultation is enough to begin determining whether the approach and fit make sense.

Oregon City and Vancouver telehealth

In-person sessions take place in downtown Oregon City. For adults in Vancouver and elsewhere in Washington or Oregon, secure telehealth offers access to the same individual counseling from a private space at home or work.

Appointments are available on weekdays, with hours extending to 7:30 PM. You must be located in Oregon or Washington during your session.
